Key Responsibilities- Operates and monitors machinery on the production line to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Performs routine maintenance and troubleshoots equipment as needed.
- Follows safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Documents production data and reports any issues to management.
- Collaborates with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
